During my own journey with anxiety, my art kept me sane. The culmonation of these two modalities in my life, brought me to Mind-Art and my aim is to use this to help others with similar or other emotional and mental journeys.
In school, art was my escape from reality. Although my arty self took a bit of a break during my studies at university to become a Homeopathic practitioner, as soon as I faced a traumatic event, I went back to my art roots in order to move gracefully through these difficult times.
Each Mind-Art session is different and depends on the person, their own journey, their age and level of emotional intelligence. As soon as you are able to recognise a feeling, you can benefit from Mind-Art.
